One product, one tier of capabilities: you get the full MailBoost platform on every plan. We charge more as trailing store revenue rises because that usually means higher traffic, more events to process, and more infrastructure load on our side—not because we gate features behind larger plans.

Why we tie price to store revenue
Higher-revenue stores typically see more sessions, carts, and checkouts. MailBoost resolves identity and delivers events in near real time across that traffic, which drives compute, storage, and observability costs for us. Pricing by trailing revenue band is our straightforward way to align what you pay with the load we expect to run for your store.
If your business changes and your band no longer fits, you can adjust your subscription to match (see terms for billing and notice periods). For volumes above our published bands, contact us for enterprise terms.
How we assign your revenue band
We use your Shopify store’s trailing twelve months of revenue: a 365-day lookback (total sales in that window, in USD or converted for comparison). That matches how many merchants already think about “TTM” performance and keeps plan selection predictable.
You should pick the band that reflects your store’s trailing revenue when you subscribe. We may ask you to confirm or adjust your plan if usage or reported figures are materially out of line with the selected band. All amounts on this page are in USD.

Billing for Shopify merchants
Your subscription is with MailBoost and Stripe — not Shopify App Store billing, and not on your Shopify invoice.
- Payment uses MailBoost’s secure Stripe checkout — not the Shopify App Store billing API.
- Charges are from MailBoost (Arnold GmbH) via Stripe. They do not appear on your Shopify invoice.
- Installing the app means you agree to Shopify’s terms. Your MailBoost plan is a separate contract — see our terms of service and privacy policy.
Create a MailBoost account, pick the revenue band that fits your store (see above), and complete checkout when you’re ready.
